Fear of Death
I realised it is not facing death as such that creates panic in our hearts. It is the trauma and pain that we might have to undergo physically and/or mentally that creates panic and fear in our heart and mind to the extent of not wanting to face death at all. But ultimately we have to face it no matter what..
