Thoughts

in a drop of tear a world to see

in a drop of rain joy to be

in a tick of a clock eternity

in a single cell life to be

in a touch of feather hearts be shy

in a single word the spirits to fly

in one friend a world to see

in a wink of an eye love to be

in a ray of sunshine warmth in heart
in stars twinkle joy be got

in a single flower love to tell

in a smile to cast a spell

a drop of joy

a drop of tear

a simple smile

a simple wink

a grain of sand

little in the world

yet a lifetime of thoughts

It is up to you

Walking with a good friend in the dark is better than walking in the light alone .

Great friendships are not necessarily about finding similarities. It is more about respecting the differences.

care

When a person expects care from you

it does not mean that there is no one to care for him/her.

It only means the care from you is really special

and means much more than that received from just anyone else.

Love

What a mother feels on looking at her baby soon after its birth....... ..
What a sister feels when her brother apologises for a mistake done (and vice versa)
What a father feels when his son hugs him and says "Dad, I love you."
The feelings between two friends in a true friendship ....
These and many such feelings can never be defined in words.
These feelings create a special bond between the receiver and the giver and it says
"I love you and am always there for you."

Dancing with God

Dancing with God

When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing 'dance' at the end of the word. And I remember reading that God's will is a lot like dancing.

When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement does not flow with the music. And everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.

When one person realizes that and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.

It is as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person. And gentle guidance and skill from the other.

My eyes drew back to the word Guidance.

When I saw 'G', I thought of God: followed by 'u' and 'i'.

'God' 'u' and 'i' dance. God you and I dance.

As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust tht I would get guidance about my life and once again, I became willing to let God lead.

My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and mercies are upon you on this day and everyday. May you abide in God, as God abides in you. Dance together with God. Trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life.
